Linda Howard, PMP, CMC specializes in helping organizations develop and implement stakeholder outreach and strategic communications strategies on large-scale information system change projects.  She is the principal consultant and founder of Howard Consulting, LLC. Linda is one of only a few people in the country who is both a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). 

Ms. Howard has over 25 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, outreach and communications, business process reengineering, facilitation, systems integration, and performance
management. She has led full project lifecycle project management activities in nonprofit, commercial, state, and federal government sectors. Ms. Howard is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), International Association of Facilitators (IAF), the Mid-Atlantic Facilitators Network (MAFN, the Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network (CBODN) and is a member of the Board of Directors at the National Capital Region chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC).
