Prioritizing and Managing Requirements in an Agile World

To access the presentation, click here.

How does an agile team go from initial concept to the tasks to be accomplished in a specific iteration? How do agile teams determine which features are most critical and which go into which iteration?  What does requirements management mean for an agile project? During this seminar we will discuss these questions to provide proven methods on how to avoid the waste and delay that can result from incorrect prioritization, inappropriate techniques and inappropriate documentation.

  • Understand  the elements of feature prioritization
  • Understand how to effectively define the content of an iteration
  • Understand the “correct” level of documentation needed by the customer and the development team
  • Be aware of the common requirements modeling tools used by agile teams
