It’s a great time of year to take steps to plan and set new goals. But where do you start and how do you know where to focus your growth efforts. Starting with the IIBA’s Core Competency Model which identifies 30 Performance Competencies and 6 Underlying Competency Categories, we’ll learn some techniques that if applied, will up your game!

Bio: Jodie Kane serendipitously entered the world of business analysis in the late ‘90’s and found her sweet spot. She learned the Agile Manifesto in the early 2000’s and was hooked. She believes in and practices bringing humanness and meaningful engagement to developing excellent requirements and empowering teamwork.
She loves teaching and coaching in all things related to better business analysis and building better teams. She is passionate about inspiring people to do their best work and to have fun doing it.
Jodie is certified in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Agile Scrum Master & Agile Product Owner. She continues to learn and try new things every day.
