Designing Trustworthy AI: A User Experience (UX) Framework

Artificial intelligence (AI) has great potential to do good, and can also bring harm to the communities and individuals it should be serving. To harness the power of AI system’s potential broader knowledge and scaled effectiveness, we can -- and must -- ensure that we keep humans safe and in control. This session will introduce a user experience (UX) framework to guide the creation of AI systems that are accountable, de-risked, respectful, secure, honest, and usable.
