Your project is up and running! Everything is going swimmingly. Then someone says, "How about we try this?" [cue sound of screeching tires and broken glass]. The Good Idea Fairy has arrived. This is sometimes a problem, but it is a critical tool for evaluating how or why a project is being done a certain way. In this discussion, we will talk through some projects where this little fellow has helped or hurt.
About Our Speaker: Howard Pearce, CBAP
Served on the Board of the Cleveland IIBA. Has presented at local and international BA Conferences including the BBC and BA World. He is an Analyst with Progressive Insurance, where he is a LeanSixSigma practitioner, a Focus Group Facilitator and Certified Scrum Master. Howard is also a retired veteran of 27 years in the US Army Special Forces and the Ohio Army National Guard, including deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, throughout Southwest Asia and North Africa.
