Annual General Meeting
We have 2 activities for the Annual General Meeting: Voting on Bylaw changes and Elections
Changes were made to the bylaws in response to the harmonization of the membership dues, which are paid only to IIBA.org. You will notice the dues are slightly higher than previous years, since IIBA will now share the dues with the local chapters. The streamlined process is easier for members, and the bylaws were changed accordingly. The chapter is seeking 2 new board members: President and Treasurer
After 12 years on the board, Jo Ambrose needs to step down as president to comply with chapter bylaws. While Jo will not be in the leadership position any longer, she will be available in the background to support the new president.
Our long-time treasurer is retiring after a long, productive career. Gloria has the books in tip-top shape to pass onto another honest, detail-oriented treasurer-to-be.
