Use Case Storyboarding: A better way to define requirements and test cases

We are all familiar with the traditional requirements specifications of User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, Prototypes, Storyboards. Martin Crisp will present a new agile approach that combines these traditional specifications into one integrated specification which will reduce rework, and enable you to communicate requirements more clearly. Martin will also present how we can save a tremendous amount of testing budget normally allocated to defining the test cases.

Philadelphia Chapter Member Glenn Hughes will share how he used Martin's approach to improve the business analysis process for one of his projects.

Presenter Martin Crisp, Founder and CEO of PowerStory, over the last 23 years has worked for large systems integrators, founded and sold an early eCommerce startup, and has been CTO in multiple product software companies including Blueprint Software. Martin has a unique perspective on building both product and systems software using different techniques and tools for defining, communicating and validating software requirements.

Glenn Hughes is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) with proven experience in deploying and supporting Electronic Content Management Systems for the Life Sciences Industry. Glenn has proven experience delivering Process Models, Use Cases, Functional Requirements Specifications, Test Plans, Test Cases, User Guides, and SOPs for validated systems.
