Bio:
Mona Roccia is a 23+ year Veteran at SEI with a focus as SEI’s Strategic Scaled Agile Advisor for the SEI Wealth Platform’s SAFe Program and Agile for Excellence (ACE) Program. Mona co-led SEI in launching SAFe® within two weeks and drives initiatives to apply SAFe® in order to increase program effectiveness. As a Scaled Agile Program Consultant, practicing in a large Scaled Agile Framework for the Enterprise (SAFe) environment. Mona worked closely with SEI’s Executive Sponsor and Mgmt Team to transition a 1,350 person program from Waterfall development methodology to the Scaled Agile Framework within 3 months. Ongoing Program Management responsibilities include but are not limited to process re-engineering for efficiency, Lead for the Agile Center of Excellence, all aspects of training for self-organizing teams (Scrum Master, Product Mgmt/Product Owner, Product Owner Start Up, Scaled Agility, Scrum best practices)
