An approach for implementing a BA tools, templates & collaboration CoE
A Center of Excellence (CoE) is established to promote collaboration and the application of best practices. Glenn Hughes will discuss the journey for setting up a CoE intended to be used by all BAs within his department. This resource will store templates (along with examples), links to internal and external resources, and will be used as a means of collaborating within a large (and now primarily virtual) organization.

Our current situation has made it impossible for Scrum teams to collaborate in a traditional in-person environment. Instead, we have been forced into an environment where we rely on digital tools to help facilitate our daily interactions.
