An approach for implementing a BA tools, templates & collaboration CoE

A Center of Excellence (CoE) is established to promote collaboration and the application of best practices. Glenn Hughes will discuss the journey for setting up a CoE intended to be used by all BAs within his department. This resource will store templates (along with examples), links to internal and external resources, and will be used as a means of collaborating within a large (and now primarily virtual) organization.

Tips on how Scrum teams can be successful in a virtual environment

Our current situation has made it impossible for Scrum teams to collaborate in a traditional in-person environment. Instead, we have been forced into an environment where we rely on digital tools to help facilitate our daily interactions. Greg Mester will talk about tips on how Scrum teams can work within this new normal.

Glenn Hughes is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) with proven experience in deploying and supporting Electronic Content Management Systems for the Life Sciences Industry. Glenn's background as a Senior Business Analyst includes implementing an EDMS at Teva Pharmaceuticals for submitting drug applications electronically to the FDA, and a Medical Imaging Archival system for Merck Inc.
