Steve Stein is an agile coach and scrum master with all of his agile experience within environments that have been in the middle of transformation. He puts people first before anything, because he firmly believes that’s how true value is found. He is currently serving as lead business agility coach at Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He lives in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania with his fiancée and a number of cats.
