Business Model Canvas is one of the many Techniques described in BABOK V3. It’s a great tool to help a BA to understand an organization or project, describing how an enterprise or product creates and delivers value for customers.

As BA’s, we have a great opportunity to better learn how to demonstrate value added and focus our time and energy where it matters most - value for our customers & stakeholders.
