A Simulationist's Framework for Business Analysis: How To Unsnarl A Problem from the Middle
Bob has developed his own framework for doing business and systems analysis over decades of developing and applying simulations and tools to solve problems in many industries, which he'll review as a specific restatement of the general material from the BABOK. Bob will then describe some approaches the framework gives you to sort out complicated problems if you're dropped into the middle of them without clear guidance. Robert P. Churchill (CBAP, CBDA, PMP, CSPO, CSM, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) has combined mechanical and software engineering skills to build and use continuous and discrete-event computer simulation systems for nearly 30 years.
