Event Description

Innovators have had a couple of decades of software-centric methodologies. But what makes projects difficult is not the code – it’s people and the cultures we shape and permit. It should not be revolutionary to formulate a people-centric methodology. This material shares the thought process to formulate such a methodology to minimize chaos, cruelty, and VUCA and maximize discipline, empathy, and elegance. Step-by-step, chapter members and attendees can react to the speaker’s materials and clarify how to move from VUCA to Elegance.
