It should not be revolutionary to formulate a people-centric methodology. This material shares the thought process to formulate such a methodology to minimize chaos, cruelty, and VUCA and maximize discipline, empathy, and elegance. Robert Snyder’s thirty-year career spans software development, database administration, project management, change management, and the performing arts. He subscribes to Yes And, cross-pollination, and the “adjacent possible.” His work shows that innovation teams can benefit, profit, and be inspired by other forms of human competition and collaboration. Robert’s career path includes consulting and corporate roles, PMP and Agile certifications, and countless performances in vocal, dance, and theater ensembles. Robert earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and his MBA in Strategy and Analytical Consulting from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
