Speaker Bio

As a Data Analytics Consultant, Mentor, and Instructor with over 10 years of experience, JP Blasini helps data science talent level up their skills and increase their chances at securing a rewarding job in data analytics through coaching and mentoring sessions. He's currently developing an online course designed to prepare the next wave of data science professionals for a thriving career in data analytics and business intelligence.

JP founded and manages a vibrant LinkedIn Group that connects 600+ aspiring and advancing data science professionals specialized in career growth, networking opportunities, job placements, and talent discovery. He empowers data science professionals to achieve their career goals and ambitions by actively publishing content on LinkedIn, sharing job posts, and networking with recruiters.

In his current role as Senior BI Analyst at Array Behavioral Care, JP builds data-driven workflows to drive value generation and decision-making. His expertise spans across developing, automating, and scaling high-quality analytics infrastructure and data assets end-to-end by using modern data tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, and Azure.

JP holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from UCF and an Executive Certificate in Technology and Operations from MIT Sloan School of Management. When he's not exploring the frontiers of data monetization, machine learning, and explainable AI, JP can be found pursuing his love for online learning, reading, traveling, cooking, jet skiing, and riding ATVs.

JP believes that data holds the power to transform businesses and achieve positive financial outcomes. He's committed to partnering with individuals, teams, and organizations to unlock their full data analytics potential by developing data science capabilities that generate and realize financial value.
